1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled through the Dende a Nada website.

Dende a Nada is organised in collaboration with Concello de Cedeira and Hilo Studio.

2. Workshop applications

When you apply for a workshop, we collect the information requested in the application form, including your name, contact details, place of residence, identification number and chosen workshop.

The information is used to manage applications and participation in the Dende a Nada workshops.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of a task carried out in the public interest by Concello de Cedeira in connection with its cultural activities, under Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR.

Hilo Studio also receives copies of workshop applications solely to support the organisation of Dende a Nada and to verify that applications are being received correctly. Concello de Cedeira remains responsible for the collection and management of this data.

Submissions stored on the Dende a Nada website are retained for a maximum of 6 months. Concello de Cedeira may retain information for longer where required for administrative or legal purposes..

3. General enquiries

Hilo Studio is an independent creative project operated by Simone Jenkinson and Joseph Traynor.

If you contact us by email, we use the information you provide only to respond to your enquiry and manage any related correspondence.

4. Website hosting and technical information

The website is built using WordPress and hosted by Hostinger.

Like most websites, technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and server logs may be processed for security, maintenance and the proper operation of the website.

These services may process technical information when their content is loaded. Their own privacy policies apply to this processing.

TThe website uses only cookies and similar technologies necessary for functions such as language preferences, security and embedded services.

We do not currently use advertising or behavioural analytics cookies directly on the website.

If the website later introduces analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking technologies, this policy and the website’s consent mechanism will be reviewed and updated.
